One of the delicious things I most enjoy during the Winter, is the taste of a good steamy ramen or hotpot. Nothing beats sitting down and having a bowl of ramen steaming while you taste the vegetable variety followed by the hot spicy broth. Or excitingly waiting for the hotpot to cook my diverse set of fish, meat and vegetables.
